Steps in Unblocking IP Address:
1) Select the account that has blocked IP address.
Note: Click Select then Calls Received
2) Click Blocked IP Address
3) This will display the IP address that has been blocked.
To unblock it, click Un-Block-IP
4) A message for confirmation will be displayed,
Click OK button to unblock the IP address
5) Test IP address by initiating a Click-To-Call from the computer having that IP Address
