Rate Table - Importing (Simple Format)
The Rate Table & Rates module allows you import destination rates from a TAB delimited file. Rates to be imported must exist in the form of a TAB delimited file and must exist in the format below (simple format). In addition to having the TAB delimited file you must manually add a Rate Table that you will be importing the Rates into.
The TAB delimited file requires 3 columns in the specific order as follows:
· pattern
· description
. cost
Please note that every column must have a value.
- Open the RadiusCat Billing application and click on the “Rates” menu.
- Click the “Import Rates” link button to open the Import Rates module
- Select 'RadiusCat' for the 'Source File Format' option
- Click the 'Browse' button to locate the txt source file that contains the rates to be inported
- Click the 'Upload' button, to upload the file to the Server
- Ensure that you have entered the desired seettings for the 'Billing Initial Length' & 'Billing Incremental Length' options
- Click the 'Process Simple File' button to process the file
You should see newly imported Rates.
