Rate Table - Exporting
When you export a Rate Table you are exporting the Rates from the Rate Table. Each Rate table contains one or more destination rate patterns with associated per minute cost and other details.
Follow the steps below to export destination Rates from a specific Rate Table:
1. Open the RadiusCat Billing application and click on the “Rates” menu button.
2. Click the “Export Rates” link button and type/select the name for the CSV file that you would like to export the Rates to.
4. Click the Save button to complete the export process.
Note:
When importing rates It is always a good idea to create the Rate table first add a test rate and then export that rate to a CSV file using the steps above. by doing this you will see the exact format of the CSV file and you can add additional destination rates to that file following the same format. When you are done you can delete the test rate you added to the Rate Table and then simply import the CSV file into the Rate Table.
