Transaction Register Report
The Transaction Register Report details all transactions that contribute to increasing or decreasing a customer’s account balance. It also show the General Ledger # to which the different charges are accumulated.
Transaction Register Reports are should be run only after the monthly Invoicing proces has run.
There are 2 Tranascations Reports one for MT accounts and another for SIP Trunk Accounts.
Tenant Payment / Usage Report
The Tenant Payment / Usage Report is run by date range and show all the Tenants, their respective Tenant-Groups and a details of the payments they have made, total usage todate and theit current balance. Payments reflected on this report are payments that are recorded using the Tenant-Group Payment feature.
