RadiusCat License File Installation

The steps below will outline the process of installing a RadiusCat License file:

Unzip the attached file and follow the steps below:

  1. Stop the RadiusCat Service (if running)
  2. Close the RadiusCat Console (if open)
  3. Close the RadiusCat Billing (if open)
  4. Copy the “RadiusCatx.Lic” to the “C:\<Program-Files-Folder>\SVK Software\RadiusCatConsole” folder
  5. Restart the RadiusCat Service using the RadiusCat Console
  6. Check the “About” TAB of the RadiusCat Console to see that the status reads “RadiusCat REGISTERED Version”.
  7. Click on the “Logging” TAB of the RadiusCat Console and check the Event viewer to see that the RadiusCat Service is a registered version
