Dial By Name (DBN) RadiusCat Configuration
- Open the Tennant > Tenant Group > PBX Extension Account for which you would like to include in the Dial By Name (DBN) Directory
- Set the Extension Name to be the Name of the Individual or Department that you would like to appear in the DBN. Extensions Names that will participate I the DBN must be entered with last name followed by a space then first name E.g.: Doe John.
- Click the ‘Include in Dial By Name Directory’ check box that is next to the extension name.
- Click the ‘Save’ button to save the record.
