Staring with RadiusCat 2.x you can set the Outbound Caller ID for SIP Accounts by doing the following:

1. Log into the RadiusCat 2.x interface with Admin or Customer credentials
2. Click on the 'Account' menu link and search for the Account in question
3. Click on the Account and click the 'Outbound Caller ID' TAB
4. Enter the telephone number for the Caller ID
5. Click the Save button to save
